RETURNS

We are sure you will love your SIEGE items but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we have a 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to EXCHANGE or receive a STORE CREDIT (excluding shipping and processing fees) Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SALE items. 

To be eligible for a credit note, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin a return, you can contact us at returns@siegestore.co. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We aim to process all returns within 10 business days of receiving your items. You will be contacted via email with the details of your processed return. This time period may vary slightly in busy periods.

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning any item(s) to our warehouse and replacement postage. Any returned item(s) are your property and remain your responsibility until they reach our facility.
